Kimberly is an experienced project manager with expertise in government, procurement, the environment, and R&D. She has built teams that achieved results from better technologies to effective policies and is passionate about integrating sustainability into business. As the Operations Manager at PRé, Kimberly helps scale processes throughout the organization and works closely with the sales, support, and middle office teams.
Before joining PRé, Kimberly was a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group where she developed strategies to improve business performance across industries such as energy, consumer goods, and insurance. Previously, Kimberly worked for the US government regulating the ocean energy industry. There, she helped build consensus around national environmental policies and assessed environmental consequences that guided major government decisions. She represented her agency at inter-agency bodies, coordinated engagements with international partners, and managed a research and development program that innovated oil spill response technologies and created industry-wide standards.
Kimberly holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and an MSc in Marine Science from University of Texas at Austin (USA), where she studied the impact of water management on migration patterns in blue crab larvae and developed expertise in environmental data analytics using R. Her BA is from Colby College in Waterville, Maine (USA) in Environmental Policy and Biology.
