Clara Johne
As an LCA Data Analyst in the database team at PRé, Clara works mainly on the implementation of databases and impact assessment methods.
She obtained an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Ecology from Leiden University and TU Delft in the Netherlands. During her Master’s Clara specialized in analytical methods and tools for sustainability assessment, such as Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Input-Output Analysis (EIOA). In her Master thesis, Clara applied EIOA to investigate the distributional effects of a nitrogen tax in Germany.
During her Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration Clara studied for one year at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Medellín, Colombia. There, she focused on Environmental Economics, which, together with her experience gained at a not-for-profit organization promoting sustainable development, inspired her to pursue a career in sustainability.
