Hedzer started out in the media industry organizing and coordinating productions but soon found out he wanted to be part of the creative process. He decided to do something different and learned to program. He worked as a freelancer in small teams wearing many hats at the same time and so gained experience in UX design, web development, and software engineering.

At PRé, he primarily works on the front end of the SimaPro online platform. He helps to upgrade the platform to ensure it will continue to be a smooth and accessible tool for every user that wants to make their processes more sustainable.
