At PRé we are looking for a Junior HR Advisor who will join our team in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Then you might be our new colleague in the Middle Office Team! We are looking for a full-time (80-100%) Junior HR Advisor who can preferably start on October 1.

The PRé team is continuing to grow during the COVID-19 pandemic, conducting fully remote hiring and onboarding processes. All PRé team members work remotely at the moment, and in the future, we will work in a hybrid model.

What you will be doing

As PRé is growing rapidly, we are looking for a new colleague who is excited to lead talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees. You ensure that the internal vacancies at PRé are filled and optimal onboarding of new employees so they quickly feel at home with PRé.

Examples of projects you will work on (in collaboration with the HR Advisor and other members of our team) include:

  • Optimizing the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Taking employer branding to the next level in collaboration with Communications
  • Selecting and implementing an HR/salary system
  • Other projects to support HR functions

This is a new role, where you will be given many opportunities to further expand your position and eventually develop yourself into an all-around HR Advisor.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague who likes to work independently as well as in a team. You have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or in recruitment) and you want to develop yourself further in the HR practice. You are proactive and accurate in your work. You are good at setting priorities and you have a strong drive to make an impact in a purpose-driven environment. We also ask:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO or WO) in HR, Recruitment, or similar
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch languages
  • Eager to learn
  • You have a proactive, action-oriented mindset, and are excited about tackling new challenges
