Terms & Conditions

• The minimum number of participants for SimaPro training courses is 6.
• There is a waiting list if the course is fully booked.
• PRé Sustainability B.V. reserves the right to make changes in the program, date, location and trainers or to cancel the training if the number of participants is too low, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. In such cases, every effort will be made to contact the participants and an alternative will be offered.
• If a training is cancelled PRé Sustainability B.V. is limited to refund the training fee only.
• Registration made through our website is definitive unless cancelled in writing.
• Payments must be made 30 days before the training starts. If we do not receive your payment in time, we are entitled to cancel your registration.
• Note that not paying is not the equivalent of a cancellation.

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel up to 30 days in advance there are no cancellation charges, you receive 100% refund.
• Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the start of the training incur a 50% cancellation charge.
• Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the training incur a 100% cancellation charge.
• It is always possible to send someone else in place of the person who originally registered.
