SimaPro in 2030: where are we headed?
In the 30 years of our existence, we have learned that there’s always plenty of work to do. To keep relevant, you have to keep innovating and exploring new territory. We have also learned to put our customers first and to involve them in the development of our software. In the end, they’re the ones using it successfully. That’s why we wanted to give them the floor to share ideas on what SimaPro will look like ten years from now.

With an integration between Watson and SimaPro, farmers can now factor various environmental impacts into their decision-making.

Taking the next step in sustainable footwear
Each industry and sector has its unique requirements. To scale up the availability of life cycle assessments (LCA) and make LCA more accessible, it is important that more tools are created that serve the needs of specific industries – at affordable prices. The Eurofins BLC Footwear Impact Calculator is one such tool, giving footwear companies reliable access to LCA results to improve their current product lines and develop new ones.
